This was the first ever Powtunes release and really did set the tone for what would follow.  Tony and Doug's idea for "Whatever comes next bill?.." was to create a basic framework which would then be developed through the invovlement of some of their musical friends.  That is how it turned out and the result is a unique recording taking in varied musical styles but still somehow maintaining a common theme throughout, thanks to Doug and Tony's rhythmn section partnership.
